How to create an IAM User for eMAM Platform?

Skip this step if you have created an IAM role and attached to the instance
This step is required only if you are planning to use the simple one-click configuration interface.

To create the IAM user for eMAM Plarform (console)
                     
  1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the IAM console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/.                                                  

  2. In the navigation pane, choose Users and then choose Add user.                          

  3. Type the user name for the new user. (emam-iam-user)                      
                                                                                        
  4. Select the Programmatic access type 
  5. Click Next: Permissions,
  6. Select Attach existing polices directly and select AmazonS3FullAccess, AmazonGlacierFullAccess, AmazonRekognitionFullAccess, AmazonTranscribeFullAccess, AmazonSNSFullAccess and IAMFullAccess
  7. Next: tags, Next: Review, Create User
This is the last time these credentials will be available to download. Please download the csv and keep it in a secure location to use it with eMAM Cloud Platform config interface.
