Please follow the below steps in order to enable GetAccelerateConfiguration in the IAM role in AWS Console.

* Login to AWS Console(https://console.aws.amazon.com) with the root account or any other account which is having necessary permission to modify IAM roles.

* Go to services and search for IAM. Click on IAM under Security, Identity & Compliance

* Click on users from the left panel and select the correct user. Then expand the policy and click on edit policy.

* Expand S3 then search for GetAccelerateConfiguration and select it then proceed with Review Policy

* Click on Save Changes
