How to modify preset path for Adobe Premiere Pro?
For Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 version, we need to modify the preset path in the eMAM panel configuration file.
Please follow the steps below:
For MAC
- Go to the folder /Users/Shared/eMAMPRO_CONFIG
- Edit eMAMConfig.json file
- Search for presetPath tag and replace the existing path value with /Applications/Adobe Media Encoder 2025/Adobe Media Encoder 2025.app/Contents/MediaIO/systempresets (refer below screenshot)
- Once the preset path is updated, open Premiere Panel and in the Settings window, under Default Panel Settings, sync the AME presets.
For Windows
- Go to C:\Users\Public\eMAMPPRO_CONFIG
- Edit file eMAMConfig.json
- Search for presetPath tag and replace the existing path value with C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder 2025/MediaIO/systempresets (refer below screenshot)
- Once the preset path is updated, open Premiere Panel and in the Settings window, under Default Panel Settings, sync the AME presets.
