How to clear the assets from the Dashboard which is stuck in Ingest / archive / delivery / cloud queue?

How to clear the assets from the Dashboard which is stuck in Ingest / archive / delivery / cloud queue?

Please go to the dashboard widget and click on the  Select "Update Asset Status


Select 24/48 hrs. as per your requirement.


If the job is stuck in Ingest queue, please select the “Ingest


Select the “Uploading


Select “Error


Click on “Change


Once it has been done, you can see the jobs in the ingest queue with the Error status.

Please select the asset and click on “Delete


In the same way, you can update the job status in the archive queue by following the below steps.

Select the Archive queue, select any status (Added / Running), and change to “Failedand click on “change


And go to the Archive queue in the dashboard and select the asset and you can delete it.

 If the job is stuck in the delivery queue you can follow the below steps.

Select the status (Queued/Processing/Failed) and change to “Failed” and click on “change


And go to the delivery queue in the dashboard and select the asset and delete it.

If the job is stuck in cloud queue, please follow the below steps.

Select the “Cloud” Queue and give the from status as “Cloud Uploading” and change to “Cloud Upload Error” And click on “Change


And go to the cloud queue in the dashboard and select the asset and delete it.
