How to retrieve Java console error details?

Follow the steps below:Click on Start. Go to Control Panel. Windows Control Panel is displayed.

Open the Java Control Panel
Open ‘Java Console’ settings
Change the Java Console Settings to "Show Console"
Now, recreate the problem
Copy and paste ‘Console Log’ in email message and send it to support@emamsolutions.com
