Is there an option to check the logs in eMAM Premiere panel?
In the eMAM Premiere Panel, you can click on the Panel Log icon (as shown below) to view the log files.
A new window will display the logs written to C:\Users\Public\eMAMPPRO_CONFIG in the Windows.
Maximum size of the log is limited to 100kb. After that the log will be renamed with “_#”.
You can share the same with eMAM Support team to troubleshoot issues.
