What to do if the Projects tab is blank in the Premiere Panel?

Steps to follow if Project tab is blank in Premiere Panel

If the Project tab in Premiere Panel is blank after installation, especially after an upgrade, follow these steps :

  • Open the cep_cache folder from the workstation
        For Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\cep_cache 
        On MAC : ~/library/caches/csxs/cep_cache 

  • Remove eMAM_5. (make sure Adobe Premiere Pro is closed before deleting the folder)
  • Open Premiere and load panel. You should be able to see the projects under Projects tab
