Why is eBIN widget not visible for me?

Why is eBIN widget not visible for me?

Available widgets for any users are determined by the permissions set for the User Group they are assigned to. 
Therefore if the “View eBIN” permission is not set for the User Group/Category, the eBIN widget will not be available for that user/ asset.
