Why some of the features are not visible to me?

eMAM is divided into three hierarchies; the eMAM Super Admin, the eMAM Unit Admin, and eMAM Unit User (the customer user and client user).

The eMAM Super Admin decides the access level for eMAM customer Admin.

The eMAM Unit Admin controls the privileges of eMAM Users. Hence, based on the features and permissions set by respective individuals in eMAM, each individual has authorization to access different eMAM functionalities and features.

As an eMAM Unit User, if any options are disabled or not visible to you, you can request your Unit admin to enable them. The features of eMAM Super Admin depend upon the plan being used. You can request for additional requirements or upgrade.

Please   contact customer support to get more information regarding the features.
